Build at home, from anywhere
You don’t have to fly home to check whether your building is real. If you are building a structure in Nigeria from abroad, we keep you informed and in control from the first drawing to the day your keys are handed over.
Four things every remote client gets
These are not favours we do on request. They are how we run every project for clients who live abroad.
Weekly photo and video updates
Every week, you see your site. Photographs and video walkthroughs, sent on schedule, so progress is something you watch rather than something you are told about.
Milestone-based payments
You pay in tranches, tied to agreed-upon stages / milestones you can verify.
One dedicated point of contact
A dedicated point of contact for your project, whatever the time zone.
A real company you can verify
Staffed offices in Abuja and Port Harcourt since 2007. Your family or representative can visit us, and the site, at any time.
How a remote build works
A video call and an full scope
We start with a conversation about the land, the development you want, and a realistic budget range.
Design and a milestone plan
Architectural design and a payment schedule tied to verifiable stages, agreed in writing before work begins.
You pay as stages complete
Each tranche is released against work / milestones you have seen in photos, video, or through your own representative.
Weekly updates, every week
Photographs and video walkthroughs on a fixed schedule, plus one named contact for every clarifying question.
Handover with full records
Drawings, warranties and documentation, handed over with your keys. And we stay reachable after.
Asked and answered
In tranches, tied to milestones we agree before construction starts. Nothing is due for a stage until you have verified the stage before it is complete.
Yes, at any time. We also encourage a visit to our Abuja or Port Harcourt office before you engage us at all.
Many of our diaspora clients never visit until handover. Weekly photo and video updates, milestone verification, and one point of contact are designed for exactly that.
By whichever channel you prefer. Most clients receive a structured message with photographs and a short video walkthrough, with a call whenever you want one.
You start by speaking directly with the Managing Director, then subsequent calls can be either with him or your designated project liaison. If anything is ever unclear, you are just one phone call away.
Start before your next trip home
Tell us what you are planning and where the land is. We will explain exactly how we would keep you informed and in control from where you live.
